An honors graduate of the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America, Chef Rassallat culinary path began at a young age. A love of food and cooking came easily and naturally to Ressul, as a son of a pastry Chef who specialized in the well-known delicacies of his birth place. Barely tall enough to reach over a work table, he joined his beloved father in the kitchen, were he would inherit a passion for creating culinary delights.
